Bourbon and pineapple come together with our granulated honey crystals for a rich, layered flavor. Plus, just like our classic coffee ice cream, this recipe doesn’t require an ice cream maker - you’ll just need a hand whisk to whip up the perfect texture!

Ingredients
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons honey
2-3 ounces bourbon, use your favorite
Civilized Coffee honey crystals
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained and reserving the juice
Directions
Line a standard 9x5 loaf pan with parchment. Set aside.
In a large bowl, using hand beater, beat chilled whipping cream until soft peaks form. Beat in sweetened condensed milk until thickened.
Add honey, bourbon, honey crystals, 1-2 tablespoons reserved pineapple juice. Beat on high for 30 seconds. Fold in crushed pineapple.
Immediately pour into prepared pan, freeze uncovered for 12 hours, best is overnight to allow all the flavors to marry together.
