Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp sugar

• 2 tbsp hot water

• 1–2 tsp Civilized Coffee Instant Colombian Coffee

• 1 cup cold milk (dairy or plant-based)

• Ice cubes (optional)

Directions:

1. In a bowl, whisk together sugar, hot water, and Instant Colombian Coffee.

2. Whip vigorously (by hand whisk or mixer) for 2–3 minutes until the mixture becomes thick, frothy, and holds soft peaks.

3. Fill a glass with milk and ice (if desired).

4. Spoon the whipped coffee over the top.
