Bee Pollen and How It Can Be Used in Coffee

Bee Pollen, while it seems like it would be a synonym for natural honey or honeycomb, is actually entirely different. That’s not to say that it can’t be used in a similar fashion, but what is the major difference? And how can it be used to make the best latte you’ve ever tasted? Keep reading!

The major difference between bee pollen and other bee-based products is that bee pollen is not produced by bees, but in fact is carried by bees, quite literally. Bee pollen is the pollen that collects on the bodies of our yellow-striped friends and also commonly contains their saliva. With this comes many different vitamins that have been known to help things like asthma, side effects of chemotherapy, alcoholism, allergies, stomach problems, and more. Consult your doctor before ingesting, but now do you see why it would make an excellent addition to any latte? Onto the good stuff.

With all the added benefits of bee pollen vs. honey, it only makes sense to give this latte a run for its money! Without further ado, instructions to create the greatest bee pollen latte on the planet are below! Enjoy!
